Here are some of the most commonly asked questions:-

What size dance clothes do I need?
All of our products have a size chart included. The best thing to do is to measure yourself carefully following the sizing advice here……… and pick the dance clothes sizing which fits you best. We have a wide range of sizes-much wider than most e stores which usually offer only three sizes. Please use your common sense when sizing your dance clothes. If you need tighter fitting dance clothes please order a smaller size. If you need room to move, room to grow or just want a less snug fit please choose a size larger.

Is my Dancewear held in stock?
We hold a quantity of basic dance clothes colours and sizes which are available from stock. We have such a large range of fabrics that we make the majority of our dance clothes to order in our factory. Dispatch will take up to 7 working days. During holidays and weekends this will be longer. The item you choose will be clearly labelled with either ‘from stock’ or ‘made to order’ before you buy.

When will my dance clothes arrive?
This depends on where you live, what delivery option you choose and if your item is available from stock for immediate dispatch. Plan ahead is the best option. If the item is in stock, you live in the UK, you order before 1.00 p.m your item could be with you the nest day. On the other hand, if you order on Friday after 1.00 p.m your order won’t be dispatched until Monday or the next working if it is a holiday. If your item is custom made, a large quantity or out of stock then delivery will be longer. If you live outside the UK or order a custom made dance clothes your delivery time will obviously be much longer.

Why did I not receive a confirmation email?
When you place an order, you will be sent an automated confirmation email directly to the email address you supplied. Please check your "junk" email inbox, as emails from unknown senders are often treated as spam. If you cannot find the confirmation email please e-mail us at and we will verify that your order has registered on the system.

Are my credit card details safe?
Your credit card details are safe. All online transactions are fully secure, encrypted and use Secure Certificates to ensure your data is transmitted safely.

How will my item be sent?
All orders are sent by UK Royal Mail in discrete biodegradable plain blue polythene bags with no markings. Our return address is on the packaging.

What shall I do if my order does not arrive?
Please wait for three weeks from dispatch before considering your item lost in the post. Because our parcels are sent ‘recorded delivery’ we have a tracking code for each parcel and a signature will be required on delivery. If no one is at home to take delivery, please check at your local postal/mail office to see if it is waiting for you. We sometimes have parcels returned to us as they have not been collected. If you would like us to resend your item, normal postage cost applies. If you want a refund we will charge a 20% handling fee for items which are not collected and returned.We cannot be held responsible for the delivery service failing once we have dospatched the order. 

Can I Print Onto Lycra Spandex Fabric?
We are often asked if it is possible to print onto Lycra/Spandex and the answer is most definitely yes!. We have supplied dance clothes unitards and all manner of Lycra Spandex hot pants and leggings to ‘Grid Girl’s’ and promotional models on which a company logo and/or slogans have been applied. When washing the garments after the print has been applied, please take care. Please make sure you wash your dance clothes gently to preserve the print for as long as possible. Wash cool by hand as if you put it in the washing machine it will be damaged!
